Using a Free Program to Make a PDF File
There are times when you need to take a Word processing document or even a picture and make it into a Adobe PDF document. You can do this quickly and easily and for free. All you need to do is to download and install the Adobe Acrobat Reader program which is available for free at adobe.com. You might already have it installed on your computer. You can check the Adobe site for newer version. They offered versions for every version of Windows and Macintosh computers. Once you have it installed you just need to bring up the Word document you want to convert and then click the File menu. Then click Print. The Adobe Reader program installs a print driver and you will see it if you click the drop-down list for installed printers. Click on the Adobe driver and then click Print. The Reader program will come up and convert your file. It is simple and easy to convert word to pdf using this free program.
